- Client portal submissions: Form responses and files uploaded by your clients through their portal links.
- Uploaded files: Documents your clients submit (PDF, images, Word, Excel) — stored securely in private cloud storage.
- Payment information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card number.
- Usage data: Basic analytics like page views and feature usage to improve the product.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide and improve IntakeKit. That means delivering your onboarding portals, sending email notifications and reminders, processing payments, and responding to support requests. That's it.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate IntakeKit:
- Supabase — Database and file storage
- Stripe — Payment processing
- Resend — Transactional email delivery
We do not sell your data to anyone. Ever.
4. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Client files are stored in private cloud storage accessible only to you and your client. We follow industry-standard security practices.
5. Data Retention
Your data is stored while your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data and all associated client submissions. You can also request data deletion at any time by contacting us.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party tracking cookies.
7. Your Rights
You can access, update, or delete your account data at any time from your dashboard. For data export or deletion requests, email us.
8. Changes
We may update this policy occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes by email.
