Each client gets a unique portal link—no new account, no app store download. They open it in the browser, see exactly what you requested, and complete forms and uploads in one flow. Your branding (on supported plans) keeps the experience feeling like yours, not a generic upload tool.
3. Track and collect
Your dashboard shows what is complete, what is still open, and recent activity so you are not guessing from inbox noise. When something stalls, send a reminder from the same system instead of drafting another manual chase email. Export, approve, or connect downstream tools when you are ready.
