Built for the back-and-forth problem
The problem we kept seeing
Service businesses live in email. That works for quick questions—but it breaks down when you need structured intake: the right PDFs, signatures on the right version, and answers in a consistent format. Threads fork, attachments get stripped, and nobody has a single view of what is still missing.
We built IntakeKit because that coordination cost is not “just how work is.” It is a solvable workflow problem. The product exists to give every client one obvious place to complete what you asked—without another password, app install, or training call.
What IntakeKit is designed to do
At the center is a branded client portal per project. You configure forms, file requests, e-signatures, and (when you need them) payments and messages. Your client opens one secure link, sees a checklist, and works through it on their own time—including on mobile.
On your side, you see live progress: what is submitted, what is pending, and who might need a reminder. The goal is fewer “just checking in” emails and more clarity for both sides—especially when deadlines, compliance, or multiple stakeholders are involved.
Who it is for
IntakeKit is for teams that onboard clients repeatedly: agencies, accountants, legal practices, consultants, and any firm where trust and professionalism matter as much as speed. If your reputation depends on looking organized when you collect sensitive documents, a dedicated intake layer pays for itself in recovered hours and fewer errors.
Our mission stays simple: make client onboarding effortless for service businesses—one link, one portal, and a clear story of what is done and what is left.
